8 hours. I gotta code, this time off is killing me. With any luck this project will not be a full 30 day project. I want to take some time to learn about interfaces and work more with coroutines to make a set of interactions that work smoothly against a variety of different classes (not sure I'm using the right words).
Today I grabbed assets and re-appropriated the node grid from the last project to manage the board for Duelyst. Adding more data for each node to hold on to. Ran into a problem to do with the interface it was trying to load. Read up on interfaces, realized that they are going to make my life easier, made the project about them. I think I understand it? Seems very useful. Getting game art in. Assigning game objects to node points. Cleaning sprites. Being confused and wrapping my head around what I can use interfaces for. Not a lot done, but a good planning day. Feels good to be back.
