8 hours, we back!
I'm diving back into project thirteen to get more specific. That goal being to remove the need for a tutorial, or any form of text, to reveal the game's mechanics. I have a lot of ideas. There is so much effort into this shooter at this point that it doesn't makes sense to branch off too wildly. I believe I can turn this into something I can show off with a bit more time on it.
Plotting and planning, organizing, emailing. Player now has two guns. Left and right. Left performs primary fire, the right performs secondary. Both animate. Removed hands from the equation. Rebound controls to left click firing primary, right click fires secondary. Maintained the cooldowns on secondary fire and exclusive nature of each mode of fire. Both guns react to pick ups correctly. Moved projectile instantiation out of the gun barrel and into the middle of the screen because I'm sick of this weirdness where I can't hit enemies point blank, and with there being two guns now I would have primary fire landing just to the left of cursor and lasers firing off the right which is hot garbage. Fruitless attempts at understanding materials, we'll get there!
