Launched shield screen indication added (place holder but functional). Edge glow with a hex web that pulses on flier repulsed. Lead to me cleaning up code around the spawning of the game HUD, which lead to to me cleaning up the calls for a player respawn.
Fixed a bug that caused speed recalculation (huge launch) when a launcher was hit with space depressed. Caused some retooling of the launch jump hover option. General launch state management cleaning.
