8 hours, play menu flexibility.

The play menu can now display up to 15 phases worth of data and will attempt to display data for a number of phases equal to the length of the practice phase split array for a target section. General improvements to blue print readability and efficiency.

When we are adjusting the number of phases in a section all we need to do is adjust the array sizes in the save games data.

The initial spacing of phase hovers on the play menu are now accurate.

Adjusted how the gold split test is performed and when. Gold splits are now recorded for save phases as well.

Section 1 tweaking.
