Tinkering with our new tools for creating interesting encounters and considering where I want the player to be learning what lessons. Ordering encounters to help the player construct a model of how the enemies function.
Spawn Occupier's "inclusive" measurement inputs were not in fact inclusive, this has been fixed.
When the tile scores are reset they are changed to 99 + layer (between 100 and 106). This allows us to influence where something will spawn when the board is empty or when we intentionally whiff on scoring the board according to a actor/class. These numbers are large enough that they will not pact scoring which is capped at 12 given board size.
Outlined a new pacing for section 1. Moved the introductory stages for simple fliers into section 1 from section 2. Current plan is make section 1 about securing full board size as a nice short term goal right after the tutorial and then letting the board be as much as possible. Reordered phases within section 1 for pacing and lesson order.
Changes to action order in section 0 to better fit fiction.
