8 hours, save report update.

I've started working on updating the phase evaluation report as well as setting new rules for saving data into specific continuities. Getting the feeling I'm gonna have to rewrite a big chunk of code because right now I'm fracturing the types of data I want from the report based on run/practice and in run whether performance or practice data is being uploaded to the server. It is very messy and driving me crazy. This must be done, and then the new run check pointing must be figured out, and then I can create the final portion of the tutorial (for now).

Fixed a bug where if the player was telefragged by a turret the player, it would dodge the field clear associated with respawning the player.

Outside the tutorial the acquire next section button forces the player back to the play menu after they have successfully acquired the next section.
