8 hours, portal work and save phases.

On phase advance count loose and gathered pick ups and recorded the value. When restarting during the intro, the portal is returned to this recorded build progress.

The save phases are incorporated into the stage order.

Once out of the intro, any retry from a menu will start the player at the phase after their farthest save phase.

When the portal drains in Save Phase 1 the UI reflects the power loss. 

Fixed lurkers needing to be on screen to stop running away and tuned the max distance to which they run away.

Phases refuse to advance when the player is doomed (for real).

Touching a pick up sets player health to full.

Rewrote spawn turret circle.
