First boot up leads directly into the intro, no menus, we'll fix that later. Player spawns looking at the completed gate highlighting a pick up with a strange particle effect. Collecting the pick up causes the gate to shift color, changes lighting color on the stage and cause the gate to break down. The player is then kicked into the typical phase structure.
Fixed a bunch of bugs caused by entering without the menus, making sure all the widgets get properly spawned in.
Improved tether particle effect.
