8 hours, particle updates and balance tweaking.

Improved the launch beam particle a lot. It was terrible. It's still bad, but it's so much better. Took a long time trying different solutions to how terrible a flat beam particle emitter looks up close. End point updated every frame. End point updated regardless of hit. 

Tether particle effect is improved.

Flier spawner uses the same material management as the flier spawner junk.

Misc tweaks to movement of the player and small junk.

The frame rate is doing a lot less dipping, so that's good.
