8 hours, the return.

Flyer spawner junk only crushes after a certain period of movement (you cannot be crushed by an object that has just started to move, i.e. one that is moving extremely slowly). F.S.J. crush check will occur when the object stops, even if it stops early, this will ensure that players will die rather than become pinned into a position. Added the death explanation of "Crushed".

Launched state prompts. Created assets for indicating RMB, LMB and space as input options. These are all displayed when the player enters a jump state. If the player exits via landing, collision or death, they are all removed. If the player opts into an option,  the other options are removed but the chosen option remains visible to indicated it should be held. Post use all options are hidden again. Also, the space prompt shows up when I expect you to perform you're first 4 jumps in the intro.

Working on making the walker spawner jump more readable. Amped up the pulses coming off it, more and better solutions coming.

Misc tidying.
