Forgot to take white board notes. After a flying shooter as fired x salvos of projectiles it will call for trackers. If it can find 3 trackers it will face straight up and dock to the floor. When it is touched by 3 trackers for 4 uninterrupted seconds it begins firing a continuous beam in the direction it is facing which one shots the player. Once this has begun the flying shooter will take to the air again and begin to turn to face the player once again, but at a reduced turn speed. The shooter turns but remains stationary until killed. Created a particle system to be used to visually represent this laser. I have yet to determine how to hook this up to the flying shooter.
