Project #14 Day #7

8 hours, phase speed and HUD additions. I will be taking a day off soon. Maybe tomorrow, maybe the day after. Its been a week of working.

Practice mode pick up counts are now accurate. The floor flashes on phase advance. Added an audio queue for when the phase advances. Upgrades are now paced to arrive on wave end instead of mid wave. Did a pass on the waves to ensure they can keep up with faster players, notably phases 5 and 11. The first pick up of the game is tracked on screen by a HUD element that compels the player to collect it. De-janking of this HUD element forthcoming.
