8 hours, health bars and grab indication.

When the game is played on easy there are health bars for turrets, shooters, walkers and walker spawners. These are HUD elements that only appear once the enemy has been damaged. If the enemy goes 1.5 seconds without being damaged, the health bar disappears until next instance of damage. Fixed an issue where walkers would leave their heath bars on the HUD if one-shot. More jump solving. The HUD indicates if a walker grabbing the player is to the player's left, right, or both.
