Player takes reduced damage when at low health (unsure if i want to keep this, but the nob is in). Walkers make better decisions about when to pursue their target and when to run at the player. Fixed instances in which walkers were not able to detect that their goal was off stage. In a launched state the player fires a beam instead of their primary or secondary gun functions. This fat beam deals huge damage (still dialing it in). Firing the beam can only be started once. When the player fires the beam, it will cause them to have a drastically reduced velocity until the end of firing. The beam can only be fired for a fix max period. Reaching this max time or ceasing fire will cause the player to exit the launched state, regain normal physics (fall to the ground), and shift them back onto their normal weaponry. Launching from a piece of junk destroys it. Removed the pause between phase 0 and phase 1.
