8 hours, new portal building process.

The arena portal now implements the new inner and outer wall materials to more clearly illustrate the building process. Made the new wall materials wire frame optional so that the the opacity mask can exclude the wire frame instead of having to toggle the visibility of the individual components.

In phase sections 0 (tutorial) and 1, the outer layer is visible in its wire frame by default. As the portal build percent increments the material fades up on completed blocks. Regardless of how many blocks were completed in the outer layer, section 2 has no outer wire frames shown and all inner wire frames shown. Any pick ups collected in this phase are used to advance the inner track rather than the outer. Section 3 shows wire frames for inner and outer layers that have not yet been filled in and will fill in these gaps before working on expanding the gateway.

Increased visibility of portal component build effect.

Sorting out material implementation, ensuring proper components are visible at the correct times.

Pick ups bound for gate and hex launcher can no longer clip through the floor. It is important that these objects are visible.

Created the building fade up effect in reverse for use in save phase siphoning to meet gun upgrade threshold.
