8 hours, section 1 rework.
Continuing to implement my vision for the new section 1.
The remaining two resize events are in, resize to 5 and resize to 7. Resize events have a progress bar associated with the duration of the next layer's fading in.
Brought back the ability to use the launch action gained from returning to the primary platform as a means of clearing the first set of walkers spawned.
Reconfigured phase 4 to have some turrets in it so that the player has pick ups to collect and the platform can expand neatly in the fiction.
Altered initial velocity for pick ups bound for the floor to produce a wider spread for each possible source (portal or pick up). If not coming from the portal the pick ups pop upward before heading into the platform.
Standardized pick ups scale.
Stopped the tracking of platform power fighting for control of the primary progress bar when the stage at hand is using it for unit introduction. The platform power tracking is resumed afterward.
Streamlining save phase 1. No more portal drain, no more platform resizing other than the final push to max size. Platform completion is noted. The save happens. Tomorrow we'll having this section refocus the player on the portal.
Various section touch ups to manage the pace, access to HUD elements, order, etc.
