8 hours, run checkpoint rough draft.

During a run the player can now burn pick ups equal to the current phase int (temp solution to needing a limitation) to established a checkpoint during a run on the server. This can be loaded as many times as desired. The player cannot save multiple times during the same phase to prevent unneeded PU loss.
