8 hours, run checkpoint fixing.

If a pick up is deducted from the current phase's collected pick ups I do not also subtract that same pick up from where in the previous phases as well. This is going to allow the player to establish a checkpoint with pick ups from their current phase, restart the phase with the checkpoint already made, and recollect those pick ups. It's an exploit but exploits are in the spirit of the game.

Added a tracking of the current section and phase back to Run play.

The player is asked to jump off the platform rather than press k to load their checkpoint data in first run.

Checkpointing is acknowledged by post play menu. Post play menu no longer offers to reset the whole run, but offers to load the checkpoint, or load the section.

Fixed the tutorial flow from tour to play and back in several places.

Added extremely temp HUD element to convey information about checkpoint cost and bind.

Solved loading checkpoint destroying phase data.
