Project #14 Day #248

8 hours, time dilation rework. I'm peacing out to EVO till Monday. It's gonna ruin my nice cool end of week numbers on the day count.

The power and build stats currently being tracked on the HUD don't mean anything anymore, I never look at them and the information they represent is better represented elsewhere. These two stats are going to be replaced with a Data stat and a corruption/danger stat. 

These are put on screen as they are introduced. Data HUD is introduced in first run sec 0 p 2 to track how many data fragments can be collected. The Danger HUD is introduced in first run sec 1 p 1 while talking about run checkpoints. The danger/corruption HUD will be used to track whether there is enough data collected for a checkpoint during run, or slomo in practice. These tutorial moments have been extended to accommodate these introductions.

All the mechanics and how the data is displayed is up in the air right now, testing and breaking, so I'll have more specifics as these things get nailed down.

Restoring time dilation only occurs in practice but that might be getting removed all together.
