8 hours, misc fixing.

Fixed pick ups refusing to build due to the misplacement of some code in the class structure. Removed off screen speed reduction for the moment, its in time out, not sure I really want it.

Fixed turret projectiles not escaping their parent’s collision.

Got the PU tether particle system working again but its not hitting the old functionality targets, there’s just gotta be a better way to get a particle to link these two actors and it isn’t worth fixing over and over again for the current way.

Got the dang threat bar buffers to a consistent size finally, way simpler method than I was trying to use.

Solved some walker pathing issues due to some missed connections, general organization improvements.

Lots of sticky notes are toast.
