8 hours, sliding.

Fixed a number of issues with the player character including launch bomb never stopping, never starting, not having access to hover, no enhanced alt fire, etc.

Big buffs to the launch bomb because it is fundamentally weak from a time perspective, it does not remove hard points from the board, just lets the player feel safe. Ultimately this may lead to the removal of this function, but for now we will try this buff string. Grants the player air control post use, grants the player launch speed post use, does not cost meter to use.

Fixed immortal flier spawners.

Roughed in a exciting implementation of sliding wherein the player exchanges a lack of control for meter building.
