6 hours, more c++ spawn data.

Got a couple more elements sorted out. Lurkers spawn alright and now we can spawn in relation to the last occupying actor spawned. This is not the final solution to the spawning in relation issue, but it allows us to progress with getting all these spawns in c++, then eventually getting this whole process in c++.
