Project #10 Day #21

8 hours, working toward minions.

Cool downs scale down with levels as they should. Spells now cost mana and deduct their appropriate costs when cast. Enemies have health. Everyone has health and mana bars now, this took me way longer than it should have because I did it three different ways, half way through each I had a better idea. There is now a damage computation function that accounts for damage type, armor and pen. Pen is now in the game, flat and percent. Mana and health regen wasn't working even slightly right, now its moving very well. Fixed ace projectile collision and damage assignment. Traps apply a empowered head shot debuff to enemies they contact. Work has begun on the minions, they will be mad dumb, and should be able to use all the path finding work in this project.
