Project #14 Day #37

8 hours, junk life time and bomb rewrite.

Junk now lives a fixed period of time rather than a fixed number of phases. Walker spawner junk and Flier spawner junk go through dramatic color and lighting changes to indicate the remaining time. Rewrote a chunk of the flier spawner junk to get this done.

Launch bomb state gives a reason to hover now. It is no longer a screen clear because this has frustrating interactions with fliers that have already closed distance with the player (and there was no reason to do a *sick* hover). The launch bomb state now checks a circle around the player that expands with increased charge time. On release or duration completion, all enemies within the circle centered on the player will take damage. Only buildings with vulns inside the circle are effected.

Improved the tether particle, its almost there now.
