Small junk does not look for attracters when without one on tick, it is now on a timer only when it needs one. Fixed small junk fade out conditions. Tinkering with small junk speeds and acceleration.
Improved pick up tether particle effect. Much more visible and better at conveying the effect, but still requires more tuning.
Launch movement speed scales off speed applied on the z axis by the launch.
Launch into hover via jump yields options. Releasing jump to cancel hover before the duration expires will lead to the player exiting the launch state and dropping to the ground. If the duration expires the player will reenter the launched state as normal after a launch action.
