8 hours, repacing the intro.

Story phases allow for faster play. Pick ups spawn at start, scripting accounts for faster portal completion.

Intro phases have more stage resizing. 

Presetting the stage size was a mess, it now operates smoothly.

Walker warp in can no longer be canceled by the player standing in the warp in effect. Turret warp in effects serve as a warning that if the player is around when the turret shows up they will be telefragged.

Solved a variety of weird interactions between the floor and the intro phase progression.

Created and implemented new torus shapes for launch particles.
