Project #13 Day #59

8 hours, the end nears.

Death by goal displays a correct cause of death on the post play screen. A note on screen appears to tell the player they can press r to reset to their selected stage when in practice. Turret circle phases display a "Threat Managed" note when the player beats the timer on a turret phase that wipes the floor post threat. Added floor wipe to phase 12, landed shooter phase. All wiping phases display the notification "Manage Walker Threat". Increased the difficulty of turret and landed shooter phases to account for the player no longer being required to split focus between spawners and field clearing. Enhancing the laser particle effect to bring it in line with the gun 2 ball.
