8 hours, threat tracker color coding.

The threat tracker, the bar that displays the percent of the way the player is to clearing the field is now color coded. Each of the 7 threat types has its own color on the bar. The bar's maximum threat count is dictated by the peak number of threats present at one time rather than having the bar be out the number of total spawns in the phase. This doesn't feel quite right yet, but it's an improvement. Spent hours trying to figure out why this new material wasn't displaying in the correct aspect ratio in the progress bar, it was a margin thing, 0ing out the margins fixed it.

Implemented the new bars more evenly through section 1.

Cleaned out some of the HUD variables to make working conditions more livable.
