8 hours, cascade.

Spending a lot of time learning about making particle effects. I can't tell if cascade is buggy or its buggy. Made a nice projectile fragmentation and expiration effect for player primary projectile. Working on the ineffective hit emitter that I'm going to remake because it is giving me endless trouble, currently only rendering on screen when it is in peripheral vision.

Collected PUs no longer leave their HUD elements on screen.

Solved some issues with the timer attempting to get previous phase time during a phase 0.
