8 hours, intro HUD.

Section 0 phase 0 always tethers the primary HUD to an object in the world as long as that object is on screen. If it is not on screen the HUD will center itself. This is an effect I want to apply throughout the game to keep word count low by providing visual context for the limited vocabulary. Started this work on Section 0 phase 1.
