6 hours, boost effects.

Restructured the manner in which the player gains access to increase rate of fire. It is now tied to the time dil cells which is a much safer and coherent manner than the old method. Ripped a good chunk of code out of the player character. Cleaned up the walker a little bit. Walkers now drain time juice as they do damage, and only certain sources of damage will disable time juice all at once.

Swarmers are impacted by the current time dilation to the tune of movement and turn speed. A bunch of cleaning up in there, still not great looking. Lurk is next up but it is so bad that Iā€™m gonna have to clean it up and rewrite parts of it to be able to get the time speed and turn rate modifications in correctly.
