5 hours, spawning swarmers.

The non-occupier functions have been brought up to the standards of the occupier functions.

Found a nice way to be able to make spawn data that makes swarmer swarms spawn. This took a while, because there’s nothing else that spawns in groups, and I need to make them talk to each other right as they spawn (that meant a c++ interface). I’m pleased that this is running at the end of today. We can now move all of section 2 onto the new spawning system!

Big Ivan work. I better get some small Ivan weeks coming up.
